About the role

Embark on a leadership journey with Sync as the Head of Product Design, where you will be the driving force behind shaping and enhancing the visual identity and user experience of our innovative CRM platform. What You Will Do:

• Strategic Design Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive product design strategy, aligning with business goals and user needs. Lead, inspire, and mentor a talented team of designers to create compelling and intuitive user experiences.

• User-Centric Innovation: Drive innovation by championing a user-centric approach to design. Leverage your expertise to ensure that Sync's CRM platform exceeds user expectations in terms of usability, functionality, and overall visual appeal.

• Collaboration and Cross-Functional Partnerships: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration of design solutions. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and open communication.

• Design System Development: Establish and maintain a robust design system that promotes consistency and scalability across all product interfaces. Drive the evolution and refinement of the design system to adapt to evolving business needs and industry trends.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a leadership role within product design, demonstrating the ability to lead and inspire design teams.

• A strong portfolio showcasing successful product design projects and your impact on user experiences.

• In-depth knowledge of design tools, methodologies, and best practices.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.

• Experience in SaaS or CRM product design is a significant plus.
